- Shipping & Handling
- We appreciate our customers and understand they expect quick and secure delivery. All purchases are shipped from our brewery here in Chico, CA, within one to two business days. Unless you choose a freight upgrade most orders are shipped UPS ground service. Customers may choose to upgrade shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. All shipping quotes are estimates and actual shipping charges will apply. UPS does not currently ship on weekends and national holidays. Please note that all orders shipping to PO Boxes will ship with United States Postal Service.
- International Orders
- Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. can ship most items internationally. All international orders must be paid in full using a Major Credit Card. Quoted shipping rates listed on our web site for international orders will be shipped using USPS. Persons interested in international orders should contact us by email at weborders@sierranevada.com
- Product Returns and Exchanges
- Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it back to us for an exchange of equal value or refund (less all shipping charges). All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition. For further return questions, please contact us prior to returning your order at weborders@sierranevada.com.
